Md. Shamsuddoha obtained a Bachelors (2009) and a Masters (2010) degree in History from Jahangirnagar University. Currently he has been enrolled in a PhD program on “River and Society of Bangladesh: An Analysis from Environmental and Historical Perspective” (2014). Before joining in BRAC University he taught History and Social Sciences in Bangladesh International Tutorial. He is the Editor of Shopno series (Annually published book).
His interest focuses on Buddhist Art and Architecture, Environmental History, River and Society, History of Bangladesh, Colonial Economy and Nationalism, Development Studies and Constitutional History, Poetry, Recitation, etc.
