Safina Binte Enayet is a Psychosocial Counselor and Lecturer of the Counseling Unit joined in the BRAC University in May 2013. She attained her Honors in Psychology and Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of Dhaka. She also obtained her M.Phil in Counseling Psychology (Part - I) from the University of Dhaka. She attained degree in Diploma in Counseling (Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programing) from Asha Counseling and Training Services, Coimbatore, India. She also enrolled for the Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) program from Asha Counseling and Training Services, Coimbatore, India. Safina published one of her researches and conference proceedings in international journals. Moreover, she has published several articles on psychosocial issues on daily newspapers and newsletters as well. Her current research on“Influence of Psychological Training on Personal and Professional Development and Group Cohesiveness among the Staff of Residential Campus, BRAC University” is in the process of publication. Besides that she is also conducting a research at the University of Dhaka as a part of her M.Phil titled “Ethical Practice in Counseling: Developing Ethical Standard for Bangladesh”. She has received an award for Certificate in Higher Education in Teaching (CHET) Program in 2016 from BRAC University.
